•̩̩ Payment upfront via PayPal / Revolut / Blik (Poland) / AliciaOnline horse breeding ,no refunds.•̩̩ Since recently there have been many scam and bot attempts, I might ask you for a signature on the terms and conditions list.•̩̩ If the drawing is for commercial use (as example: stickers, merch, AD, official icon, etc) please contact me about it so we make an agreement.•̩̩ If you want a background you can give me more details and I will make a different price for it.•̩̩ For AliciaOnline commissions, the payment is made by breeding. I put a horse up for 40k and I will tell you the amount of times you have to breed with it until I get the number of carrots asked. Alicia takes taxes, so you’d have to pay more so I get the exact amount requested.•̩̩ For AliciaOnline commissions, the price for a drawing including a horse starts from 400k carrots, it can differ if the horse has armor and how difficult that armor is to draw.•̩̩ Please send references or describe on what you're looking for exactly before I start doing the sketch.•̩̩ You can request any changes in the sketch stage, but once the linart and rendering is done I can only do minor changes such as changing some colors or sizes of objects.•̩̩ I only communicate on Instagram ( @sharkuu.art ) , email ( denise.sharkuu@gmail,com ) and twitter ( @sharkuu_art ) .•̩̩ Every drawing will contain my signature, please do not remove it.•̩̩ I do accept deadlines, but please tell be at least 2-3 weeks before.•̩̩ Please be patient and understanding, drawing takes time and I also need my rest :)•̩̩ Don't be afraid to ask me anything, I'm here to help.By commissioning / contacting me you agree to the terms of service above without any exceptions.
